Ok here I go and starting a new thing for myself. I am starting the P90X program. The first thing I have to say is that you have to account for the cost of everything. Food is the biggest part of it. If you follow the program to the letter you will be spending a whole lot of money. I am doing it, just to see how it works. Just to start I'll say that I am around 17% body fat and around 210 pounds. Is that a lot or not, I am not sure and I don't care. I am doing it for my beautiful wife, who is on a different program for me. I'll write updates every now and then and a final review at the end. So here's to nothing.
